Saturday, 12/20 Blueprints DAY For those of you who can, we MIGHT meet at 9am at 2000 North Loop Rd to finish preparing (praise, skit, set up etc).  Angel Tree luncheon is happening in the MPR from 12-2pm so we cannot meet their during that time.  Youth may meet in the morning AND we WILL meet at 1pm at 2000 North Loop Rd.   Please let your teachers know if you need a ride.

We will sing songs with them, make crafts, give a short message, and have mingling time with the residents. As always, they really enjoy our  presence so I hope many of you can come to participate in this. We meet at 2000 North Loop Rd @ 8am sharp and leave Crown Bay at 10:10am to make it to Willard for youth program at 10:30am. Thurs 11/27 Thanksgiving Lunch/Sports and Dinner For those of you who do not have family lunch or dinner plans on Thanksgiving day, there will be a church potluck BBQ lunch and sports time at Tilman Park in Alameda starting at 11:30am. For dinner, we will eat at Jim's house. If you would like to go, please let your teacher know by 11/25 so that we can plan for food and rides.

Sat 11/15 Thanksgiving Retreat Sign-ups Our annual Thanksgiving retreat is just around the corner. It is a time where our whole church gathers to reflect and give thanks to God for all the wonderful things that happened this past year. If you sign up before Wed, 11/12, the cost will be $20 which covers for lunch, dinner, and facility costs. For all sign-ups after 11/12, the cost will be $25. Please let your teacher know if you would like to attend. We will be meeting at 9am SHARP at North Loop that morning and returning to North Loop at 9:45pm for parent pick up.
