From student to staff, we’ve been working hard to give our room a makeover!
After the bible study this Friday, we played a game of Surveillance. Here are some highlights :)
We’ve started our monthly “Flex Fridays”. For these special Fridays, we have the flexibility to plan our own Friday events by small groups and invite our friends to them!
Come join us next time!
Today we learned about Naaman and Elisha. I learned that you don’t have to do something hard or important to get healed of leprosy or sin. Even though Naaman was a man of great prestige and valor, he still humbled himself and listened to his servants, which got him healed.
My application: In order to be forgiven, humble yourself.
We even did a photo/video scavenger hunt! We did scenes from the bible backwards, answered trick questions, ran around, and had fun 😊! Join us next time! 😀

On girls night Misha taught us a little bit about Saint Maria of Paris. And afterwards we decorated cupcakes and made clay figurings to hold our key verse!
Many of the MS staff were gone to Minnesota to help with our U of M team’s Winter Welcome events, and it was all during the POLAR VORTEX!
In the meantime, AYM staff joined us on Friday as we continued to learn through the book of Acts! Check it out!
We started a new Friday series, learning about what the 1 century church and Jesus’ disciples went through according to the book of Acts in interactive ways
On Sat Jan 19, Element Middle School loaded up the vans and took a trip to the Sierras for a snow day!
We’ve gotten real creative with our games here at Element MS.
As middle school is the midpoint from elementary to high school, why not bring an elementary school favorite and a high school sport together? We’ve been mixing it up. Check it out!
The past two Sundays have been bittersweet as we said goodbye to Judy and Meg who will be moving and/or joining other ministries at our church. We will miss them very much!
We also celebrated January birthdays and played at the park!
